The Torah of AO is a new English translation of the scriptures, rendered with the true name of the Most High — AO — restored throughout. What you hold here is the fruit of careful reading, careful study, and careful prayer.

But this is not a translation of the "five books of Moses." It is a translation of three and a half.

Why three and a half?

The Torah as it has been handed down contains insertions and tampering that obscure the original text. We present:

Genesis, Exodus, and Numbers — the three books that form the unbroken narrative of Israel, from creation to the edge of the promised land. Read the last verse of Exodus and the first verse of Numbers back to back, and you will see for yourself: the story flows as one continuous account. Leviticus, wedged between them, is an insertion — a sacrificial system that AO Himself disowns through the testimony of Jeremiah 7:22 and Psalm 40:6. It is preserved in full on this site as a Disputed Text, but it is not part of the Torah as given.

Deuteronomy is the half — Moses' farewell address, summarizing and retelling the first three books to the generation that would cross the Jordan. The Hebrew name is Devarim, meaning "Words," because it opens with "These are the words which Moses spoke unto all Israel." Even Deuteronomy, however, bears the marks of interference: fifteen chapters of legal code (12–26) appear to have been inserted into the middle of Moses' instructions about the blessings and curses on Mount Gerizim and Mount Ebal. We are actively studying whether these chapters should be reunited with Exodus 20–23 to reconstruct the original Two Tables of Stone — the covenant written on both sides, as described in Exodus 32:15. That study will be published here when it is ready.

Why another translation?

Every generation receives the Scriptures in the language of its own day, and yet every generation must also ask whether the old translations carry the full weight of what was written — and whether what was handed to them is even the complete truth. In our rendering, we have sought to:

Preserve the rhythm and cadence of the Hebrew as far as English permits. Restore the name AO where earlier translations substituted titles. Identify the corruptions — the insertions, the tampering, the traditions of men layered over the words of the Most High — so that the reader can see the text as it was meant to be read.

The aim is a text fit for both the quiet study and the spoken reading.

What's here now

The site currently features the full translation of Genesis, Exodus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy — the Torah of AO. Leviticus is available in full as a Disputed Text. Every verse can be highlighted and noted, and once you sign in, your study will follow you across devices. Video teachings and blog articles accompany the text.

What's coming

We are actively working on:

• The Two Tables of Stone — a unified reading of Exodus 20–23 and Deuteronomy 12–26, restoring the covenant to its original form across the four writing surfaces of the tablets.
• Psalms — the songs and prayers of the house of David.
• Proverbs — the wisdom of the upright.
• Audio — a spoken reading, so the text may be carried in the ear as well as the eye.

Our fathers inherited lies. It is time to return to what was given.
